We're Sherree and Isabella. We started Blue Bird Aged Care and Disability Services because we've lived the reality of caring for family — the 2am calls, the endless paperwork, the workers who didn't show up, the worry about whether your loved one is being treated with dignity.

We understand what it's like to navigate the NDIS system, find reliable care, and want the absolute best for your loved ones. That lived experience shapes every interaction, every support plan, and every relationship we build.
